Exercise without gym or special equipment: Calisthenics or Street Workout There is a system of physical exercises that does not require a gym or equipment. You only need to work with your own body weight. The emphasis is on the movements of specific muscle groups. Less attention is paid to power or effort.

Know your body... master your body

This community of people who are interested in learning more about themselves. They want to improve their health, well-being and physical abilities and their physical and artistic expression regardless of the sport discipline they prefer. In ancient Greece, an individual was not qualified by their physical complexion or appearance, rather they were judged by the use they gave to their bodies.

How to start? Progressively

Start by perfecting the basic calisthenics exercises: squats, pull-ups, and push-ups. Start with the 5-5 rule (5 sets of 5 reps each) without compromising your technique. This will lead to progressive bodyweight training. Little by little, you will include several additional exercises that will complement the result and positive impact on your general physical condition.

When you master the basics...

Continue with one-leg squats, muscle-ups (pull-ups until you finish above the bar), flags with your own body, etc. These movements work specific muscle sets. Proto you will see how your muscle tone increases and your strength will be increased.

But be patient, this is continuous progress. Trying to move too fast can lead to undesirable injury. These exercises can be learned with the proper training progression, temporal development, and most importantly; consistency. Dare and move !!
